Annie's Summer Softball

Catching up on blogging as usual. Here are some photos from Annie's Creeks 10U All-Star Team, from this summer. Her team finished 2nd in all of the pre-state tournaments they played in (4), and ended up finishing 4th of 13 teams at the State tournament. Good stuff. But more important than any of that - Annie had a great time making new friends, learning to be a good teammate, and continuing to grow in her love for the game of softball. Her highlight of the summer was meeting Michele Smith at State. She was the star pitcher for the 1996 and 2000 US Gold Medal Olympic teams.

Lucy's Dance Recital in June

Lucy was a beautiful Ballerina in June. She is a dancer. Kevin still has hopes she will take up softball, especially because she is left handed, but I am not so sure. We will have to wait & see. She is currently a little princess, loving to dress up & dance!
